Do I have to buy leads?No, purchasing leads is optional. As an agent, you are responsible for acquiring your own leads. However, we offer a unique lead system and provide support in purchasing high-quality leads to help you maximize your success. Lead costs vary between $1.50 and $29, depending on the age of the lead

Can I apply if I don't have my life insurance license?Yes, you can! We will provide step-by-step guidance to help you obtain your life insurance license. Our team will support you throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth experience.

Is there coaching or training?Yes! We provide a comprehensive 7-step training program for new agents, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. In addition, we offer dedicated new agent training every Thursday from 1:00 – 4:00 PM ET and daily training sessions at 11:00 AM ET, Monday through Saturday.

How much will I make?On average, agents earn approximately $120,000 in their first year. However, actual earnings vary based on factors such as effort, skill, and commitment to the process. Our training and support systems are designed to help you maximize your potential and achieve your financial goals.

What are the Hours?Agents typically work 4-5 days per week, with mornings dedicated to making dials and afternoons focused on running appointments. Please note that this is not a traditional 9-to-5 job—success in this role requires flexibility and a commitment to managing your schedule effectively.

Can I Work Part-Time?Our agency is looking for dedicated agents who are committed to building a full-time career in insurance sales. A typical schedule includes lead dialing from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM ET, attending daily training from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET, and running appointments from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. This structure is designed to maximize success and earning potential in the industry.
